EXPERIENCE

Kate Ó Súilleabháin is a trial attorney in the personal injury law firm of KENNETH J. ALLEN LAW GROUP, LLC, focusing on medical malpractice and medical device injury litigation.

Ms. Ó Súilleabháin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University of Chicago; her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts (Cantab) from Cambridge University; and her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Law Fellow and Barristers’ Council member.

Ms. Ó Súilleabháin has been admitted to practice in Illinois since 2007. She advocates for the rights of individuals who have been injured in healthcare and nursing home settings. Her related legal experience includes privacy rights advocacy, plaintiffs’-side “mass tort” multidistrict litigation, plaintiffs’-side consumer product class action litigation, and FDA recall. Before attending law school, she was an editor/writer and instructor at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and The University of Texas Medical School in Houston.
