Similac Infant Baby Formula — only the powder, not the liquid — may have a common form of beetle, or its larvae, mixed in with the powdered Similac product, and Abbott Laboratories has issued a voluntary recall of its well-known and formerly well-respected infant baby food product.

According to Abbott Labs, the bug-infested baby food will not kill if it is eaten. However, Abbott Labs admits that babies can get sick from eating the stuff.
If you believe that your child has been harmed by Similac, then take the baby to a doctor immediately. And, save the can or bin that contains the powdered formula — that’s your evidence, if you ever need to make a claim.
