$5.5 Million settlement for workers burned in mill explosion

A dangerously designed environmental capture system resulted in a fire and explosion at Arcelor-Mittal’s Burns Harbor, Indiana plant, which engulfed eight steelworkers and resulted in severe and permanent injuries, including disfiguring burns over a large percentage of their total body surface.
