Experience

Jim has been litigating personal injury matters, including trucking accidents, auto accidents, workplace accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, toxic workplace exposures, and mass torts since 2001. After defending these lawsuits for many years, Jim now represents individuals and families who have been seriously injured as a result of the negligent and reckless actions of companies and other individuals. His experience as a defense attorney gives him a deep understanding of defense strategy, which helps provide clients who have been hurt with a competitive advantage.

When not practicing law, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, coaching/watching his sons’ sporting events, and traveling.
