Jeffrey J. Kroll

For thirty-five years, trial attorney, Jeffrey J. Kroll, has represented injured victims and deceased family members in various areas of Tort Law, such as Trucking Law, Car Accidents, Premises Liability, and various Class Actions involving Personal Injury.  Kroll, alone, has obtained over many millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, including the $148,000,000 Cook County, Illinois verdict on behalf of a dancer, when a shelter collapsed at O’Hare Airport. Kroll gained the national spotlight with this case and others as he has obtained verdicts or settlements on over eighty-five occasions where the results have exceeded a million dollars and eight cases in which the recovery exceeded ten million dollars. Kroll has also published over 150 articles for lawyers and has lectured on more than 180 occasions in 25 different states. He is one of the most highly sought after legal commentators, making both local and national media appearances. One of the things that sets Kroll apart is his trial experience. He has been involved in over 100 jury trials. One thing Mr. Kroll has learned, “there are healers and warriors in this business and once you are known as an attorney not afraid of trying cases, in other words, a warrior, it is much easier to be a healer in resolving matters.
